Enthusiastic about fashion and passionate about sharing product knowledge and styling advice to create meaningful customer interactions. • Communication: Experience in organizing teams, providing constructive feedback, and coaching others to improve performance and service standards. • Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of store operations, including stock handling, customer service, and daily routines gained through hands-on retail experience. • Adaptability & Flexibility: Embraces change with a proactive mindset, responding quickly to updates in stock levels, customer needs, and business priorities. • Eager to learn: Open to continuous learning and actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth. • Comfortable working varied shifts and adapting to the dynamic needs of a retail environment. This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week based in COS Regent Street . Apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible. Benefits: We offer all our employees attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe. All our employees receive a 25% staff discount, usable on all our H&M Group brands in stores and online.
