Are you dreaming of helping build a brand-new store in the funniest and most innovative retail chain? Then this could be the next step in your retail career. NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate around 1000 stores across twelve markets. Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our adventure! Is that you? As Assistant Store Manager at NORMAL, you’ll have the opportunity to join a fantastic journey in a company with an open and friendly atmosphere. NORMAL is a company built on a common goal of achieving success and results – together. We are looking for someone with experience from a similar role in retail. We will help equip you for success, and you will also have fantastic development opportunities. The Job You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a dynamic workday filled with challenges and great energy. Your Qualifications • Experience in retail. • Passion for store operations and merchandising to ensure high store standards. • Ability to create great customer experiences that encourage repeat visits. • Independent, hardworking, and detail-oriented. • A visible leader who leads by example—with a positive attitude—and can turn ideas into action. Contact and Application : We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and will hire as soon as we find the right candidate. To keep the recruitment process running smoothly, we recommend saying yes to SMS communication. Salary: €38,000 - €40,000
